Don't eat too quickly

(HealthDay News) -- Bad habits can sabotage weight-loss efforts, and you may not even be aware of them.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention mentions these potential bad habits:

  • Eating too quickly.
  • Always finishing all food on your plate.
  • Eating when you're not hungry.
  • Eating dessert with most meals.
  • Skipping breakfast or other meals.
